Personal training and health coaching services.
What I do is highly specialised as it involves more than one modality. We usually meet for one to two sessions a week in my little home gym in Alnwick. Then recommendations are given for lifestyle changes and movement in between sessions. If visiting weekly at home exercises are included as part of the package.
It’s difficult to say what specifically this will compromise as it’s very individual based upon your needs. Broadly speaking exercises are given to improve both strength and mobility. These are derived from traditional yoga and Pilates along with resistance training. Advice and guidance can also be given on optimising health through improvement in sleep patterns, adjusting daily habits and looking at obstacles to reaching your goals.
I am comfortable working with anyone recovering from illness/injury have chronic health conditions or have been away from exercise and movement for a long time. You don’t need to be fit already in order to start looking after your health.
I have over 30 years of experience with personal practice and 20 as an instructor. The experience as an instructor has been as valuable and informative to me as all of my many training courses put together.
I draw upon not only my training, but my experience both as a practitioner of a variety of forms of movement and an instructor to get you the best results.
Sessions are £50 a time payable on the day with a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.
