The way this works is we agree your health and fitness goals and I design a program incorporating yoga, Pilates and strength training. This will be emailed to you once a week in a text format with video examples of the exercises where needed. No special equipment is needed we will use whatever you have already. Each week you feed back to me and I tweak where necessary while gradually progress you towards your goals.
This is in person training at my home gym in Alnwick, if visiting weekly at home exercises are included as part of the package.
I’m particularly interested in working with you if you are recovering from illness/injury have chronic health conditions or have been away from exercise and movement for a long time.
I’m particularly interested in this form of utilising exercise because I have chronic health conditions and found movement to be life-changing. We can’t cure our health issues through exercise but in many cases we can significantly improve our quality of life.
