Online Programming

Starting mid August I will be offering online programming to a small number of clients.

The way this works is we agree your health and fitness goals and I design a program incorporating yoga, Pilates and strength training. This will be emailed to you once a week in a text format with video examples of the exercises where needed. No special equipment is needed we will use whatever you have already.

Each week you feed back to me and I tweak where necessary while gradually progress you towards your goals.

I’m particularly interested in working with you if you are recovering from illness/injury have chronic health conditions or have been away from exercise and movement for a long time.

I’m particularly interested in this form of utilising exercise because I have chronic health conditions and found movement to be life-changing. We can’t cure our health issues through exercise but in many cases we can significantly improve our quality of life.
